Ivy Queen at Carnegie Hall

@carnegiehall

Ivy Queen made history being the first reggaeton artist to headline for Carnegie Hall for the “Nuestros Sonidos” series, a celebration of Latin and Caribbean culture in the United States. I documented the event and photographed the venue to capture the grandeur of the space.  Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Ivy Queen has been a trailblazer in reggaeton, known for challenging machismo and opening foors for women in what traditionally a male-dominated genre. Carnegie Hall and @cremabymitu reshared and spotlighted my content to celebrate the achievement.
